Imprisoned (Killer Rooms Sudoku)

Rules
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Clues outside the grid indicate the total of the killer cage that contains the Nth cell from that direction, where N is the first digit from that direction.
- Digits cannot repeat in cages.
Clarifying notes:
- The same killer cage can be pointed by more than one clue, or no clues at all.
- Clues cannot point to a cell that is not in a cage.
