I've been thinking about this for some time and I just don't understand the 4th rule. Are the positions of the thermos ambiguous in any way? From my understanding, regarding the arrow originating in r1c3, there is a thermo starting in r5c5 which continues in a straight line until r5c9. If that's it, why isn't it just drawn in? This is probably wrong but I don't understand what else it's supposed to mean
Reply:You understand correctly. The thermometer will look messy when drawn.
