Digits in cells connected by a black dot have a ratio of 1:2.
Digits cannot repeat along the marked diagonal
Each digit in row 'X' indicates the row that digit 'X' appears on in that column - this is true of every row in the puzzle. For example: If r6c7 contains an '8', we must place a 6 in r8c7.

Very nice puzzle, but much easier than 3 stars (i'd say 1.5), even for someone like me who isn't good at Dutch whispers. The only thing that slowed me down was trying to read the tiny center numbers in f-puzzles.

Beautiful! I didn't any deep bifurcation; there were a couple of times when there were two possibilities, but one was almost immediately ruled out.

the initial break-in was quite hard / a lot of bifurcation but once the first two dutch whispers lines are done it's more like a "very easy" sudoku.
