Standard irregular rules apply.
There are no negative constraints of any kind.
1) Irregular Sudoku
- Place the digits 1 through 9 once each in every row, column, and region.
2) Equal Sum Little Killer
- 2.1) Digits (if given) along the indicated diagonal must sum to the total.
- 2.2) Digits may repeat along the diagonal.
- 2.3) Digits along the diagonal must total to the same sum in each region.
3) Killer Cages
- 3.1) Digits in a killer cage add to the total in the top left (if given).
- 3.2) Digits CAN repeat in a cage.
- 3.3) Digits in the cage must total to the same sum in each region.
Solution code: Please enter the digits in Row 8 followed by the digits in Column 8

Thank you. As noted by AFrayedKnot, I could have done it with Region Sum Lines but then I wouldn't have a cool title. (also the easier version does have a couple LKs with totals given)
