Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Digits along arrows sum to the number in their attached circles, two digit numbers read from left to right or top to bottom.
Lockout Lines: Diamonds at either end of a line segment differ by at least 4. Each digit on the line segment is either higher than both diamonds, or lower than both diamonds.
