Spaghetti on the Wall (Entropic Lines/159)

I hope that you enjoy this puzzle, which is my first attempt at setting a puzzle involving entropic lines. Ratings, comments, and feedback are much appreciated! Please feel free to reach out to me on Discord if you have any comments or questions. Please also feel free to try my other puzzles here
Rules:
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- 159: Each digit in column 1 indicates the position of the 1 in the same row (eg, if r3c1 is a 2, then r3c2 is a 1). The same is true of columns 5 and 9 for the digits 5 and 9, respectively.
- Entropic lines: Any set of three sequential cells along the tan lines must contain a low digit (1-3), a middle digit (4-6), and a high digit (7-9). Digits may repeat on a line, if allowed by other rules.
- Consecutive pairs: The two digits separated by the white dot must have a difference of 1. Not all possible white dots are necessarily given.

What a great puzzle.
The 159 ruleset is my favorite one and recently I've had to dig deep into the archives to find good ones. I'm so glad I found this.
At first it looked very confusing, but once you just started doing it, the thing just opened up and was pretty smooth sailing after that.

Nice (and quite approachable) puzzle! Took me a while to start this one efficiently but once I got so, the puzzle was unfolded in a nice way :)

Had fun with this, thanks! The 159 and entropic lines constraints pair very nicely together. Fairly approachable, 3* difficulty I think.
