Normal Sudoku, Renban, and Kropki Dot rules apply;
Renban: digits on a purple line form a set of consecutive numbers;
Kropki dots: digits separated by a black dot have a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given.
Greater than: a > between two cells indicates that the digit on the 'wide' end of the symbol is larger than the digit on the 'sharp' end of the symbol
Weirdly enough, this is another puzzle mining the same problem space as 'CV' . 'Hyperban' should hopefully teach an interesting truth about Sudoku grids that is helpful, for example, in breaking in to my 'Gossip Circle' puzzle.
Solution code: Digits in row 1 (left to right) followed by the digits in row 9 (left to right)

Very nice puzzle, clear logical path, and lovely inter-constraint interactions :-)
