Normal Sudoku rules.
Antiknight
Identical digits cannot be a knight's move apart.
Arrows
Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the corresponding circle and can include repeats if allowed by the other rules.
The difficulty is probably more like 3.5 stars.

This was a tough one for me, I would give it 4/5. I even had to make an educated guess at one point with a certain digit (which I‘m sure was not necessary, but my incompetence kept me from seeing it being forced). Thank you for sharing!
