I think this is not correct:
"That leads r1c4 to be either 6 or 8."
I can't get into too much detail without spoiling the puzzle. Make sure you are correctly applying the definitions of black and white dots...
anyway, I solved the puzzle without issues

@Schesam I believe you may have misunderstood the rules. It is the sum of the blues from 1-n that must be divisible by n.

Really enjoyable. I was lucky to see the break-in quickly, otherwise it would have been REALLY difficult.
