Each black dot joins are pair of digits with a ratio of 1:2. All possible black dots are given.
The X joins a pair of digits which sum to 10. All possible Xs are given.
(Note; No restrictions are placed on sums of 5 or on consecutive pairs.)

@Onkel_Dagobert: All possible black dots are given, in your solution there should be a black dot in row 6, but there isn't.

Love how this negative constraint works, once you get the hang of it the puzzle isnt’t that hard. I would say 2 stars out of 5 for difficulty. Thanks for setting, really enjoyed it!
