Questionable Lines (Region Sum Palindromes)

Normal sudoku rules apply.
Palindromes: the lines read the same from either direction.
Region Sums: digits on the lines have an equal sum N within each box they pass through.
All lines are both palindromes and region sum lines.

this was v fun but i struggled; could be im just dumb but i gave it a 4 for difficulty

- No, you're definitely not dumb. Initial testing showed it to be a 3 or 4 star difficulty, and I went with 3 when posting. Also I'm honored you think this puzzle is worthy of a feature on CTC! I'd love if it was, but there's so many great puzzles created every day that I'd understand if it wasn't. Btw I'm really glad you enjoyed my puzzle!

The logic in this puzzle is very good! I love the interactions with the palindromes.
