Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Little Killer: Digits along diagonals sum to the number listed.
German Whispers (Green line): Adjacent digits along each german whisper line must have a difference of at least 5.
Renban (Purple line): Digits along each renban line must be a set of consecutive digits in any order, and must not repeat.
Each column of boxes has its own rules:
XV Rules (boxes 1,4,7): Adjacent cells connected with an X must sum to 10. ALL possible X's are given in this column.
Black Dots (boxes 2,5,8): A black dot between cells indicates cell values with a 2:1 ratio. ALL possible black dots's are given in this column.
White Dots (boxes 3,6,9): A white dot between cells indicates cells with consecutive values. ALL possible white dots's are given in this column.

When you say “all possible [constraint]s are given”, do you mean for the entire grid, or only in the columns the positive constraint applies to? I.e. Are orthogonal digits which sum to 10 allowed in columns 4-9, or not?
@asp1310: just in the columns :)

Which line is the German Whispers? The green or the purple?
@rcaneca: Green is whispers lines, Purple is Renban. I'll update the description so this is clear.

I like how the negative constraint is necessary but you don't need to scan constantly for it. Really nice puzzle.
@Squiranha: Thank you :)
