Normal sudoku rules apply.
A clue above a column indicates the sum of all orthogonal neighbors of the first (when read from the top) odd digit in that column.
A clue below a column indicates the sum of all orthogonal neighbors of the last (when read from the top) odd digit in that column.

Very nice puzzle! The break-in was a little tricky but it was fun exploring the ruleset and then it flowed really nicely!
