Revisited a previous idea with a new context. Had lots of false starts during setting, still not completely satisfied with the finish but I couldn't improve it further with this setup.
Normal Sudoku, Arrow, Killer cage, German whisper, even/odd rules. Diagonal cannot contain repeats. The two shaded areas are clones.
