Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Any pair of orthogonally or diagonally adjacent cells cannot add to 7.
Cells seperated by a white dot must contain consecutive digits.
Cells seperated by a black dot must contain digits with a 1:2 ratio.

The -ve constraint is so strong. So many 'Aha' moments in the puzzle.

Took me about 10 minutes of staring in disbelief that this could ever solve before I went back and re-read that it was orthogonally OR DIAGONALLY adjacent... then it was quite pleasant to work through. Loved the logic throughout, excellent puzzle.
