Normal Sudoku rules apply. German Whispers- Numbers on green lines are at least 5 apart from their neighbors on the line. Numbers in cages sum to the number in the top left corner of the cage. Numbers may repeat in cages, if other rules allow.

I'd tried this puzzle once before and got stuck. It fell out nicely this time. Probably wasn't being careful about all the rules. Love Will Power puzzles.

And once again a very smooth solve. Thanks for setting.
Quick side note: Sudokupad (CTC) doesn't recognize the solution because it thinks digits can't be repeated in cages. No idea if this is an easy fix or not
