Place the digits 1-9 so that they appear in the grid once in every row, column and 9-cell region.
The regions are to be determined by the solver and must consist of nine orthogonally connected cells.
Outside clues indicate that within the first six cells of that row or column there is a four cell long renban line.
A renban line cannot span across a region border and must consist of a set of consecutive digits that can be placed in any order along the line.
Cells next to black dots must be in the same region and have a ratio of 1:2.
Cells next to white dots must be in different regions and be consecutive.
All black and white dots that meets theese conditions are given.
The thick black line between R1C5 and R2C5 is a region border.

Just a nice, not too difficult chaos construction. Flowed very well throughout, with the clues supporting each other nicely.
