The Windmill

This puzzle was inspired by this brilliant puzzle by PotatoHead21.
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Cells separated by a knight's move (in chess) cannot contain the same digit.
- Digits in a white circle must appear in the four surrounding cells.
- Digits on an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. Digits may repeat on an arrow, if allowed by other rules.
