Normal Sudoku Rules apply.
Antiking rule: Cells that are a Kingsmove (in Chess) apart do not contain the same digit.
Sandwich clues: The numbers outside the grid indicate the sum of digits between the 1 and 9 in this row or column.
Arrows: The digits along the arrow sum to the digit in the circle.
Kropki dots: Cells separated with white dots contain consecutive digits. Cells separated with black dots are in the ratio 1:2. Not all possible dots are given.
Odd restriction: Cells with a grey circle contain an odd digit.
In the grid, there are 5 overlapping regions in the form of pluses. Digits may not repeat within these regions. The sums of the 4 arms of a plus, including the middle digit, either are all odd or all even. E.g., if the center of a region is R3C3, then R1C3+R2C3+R3C3, R3C1+R3C2+R3C3, R3C3+R4C3+R5C3 and R3C3+R3C4+R3C5 are either all odd or all even.
Because f-puzzles does not allow overlapping regions, I worked around it with a 9 cell cage. The middle region could still not be added, and thus I just coloured it in. (There is a given 1 in the centre, this picture has a small error)
I hope the Plus rule is understandable. Have fun!
Solution code: The first two rows from left to right.

This is a really clever opening; and, solves quite smoothly from there. Very nice.

@Xendari
Thank you, I wasn't aware. Still I'll keep the other link just for fun ;)

I don't think you can make puzzles on SudokuPad, the CTC app puzzles are made using this bookmarklet: https://sudokuexchange.com/bookmarklets/f-puzzles-ctc.html
Here is a shortened link to your puzzle on CTC you can use if you'd like: https://tinyurl.com/3r23jxw7

I forgot there is supposed to be a 1 in the middle. I fixed it. May have been solvable without it, but now all logic is crisp and approachable

I'm sorry for everyone who clicked the second link.
I don't have Sudokupad and can't create Puzzles there, and so I thought I'd make a little joke.
The f-puzzles Link is really the Puzzle.
