Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
Kropki dots: Digits in two cells separated by a white dot must be consecutive.
In this puzzle all but two of the white dots have disappeared and must be located by the solver. Any two orthogonally adjacent cells not connected by a dot may not contain consecutive digits (negative constraint applies).
The numbers on the outside of the grid are clues to locate the missing white dots according to the following rules:
Every row and column without a numbered clue is a [0 0]. The given white dots in rows 2 and 8 are counted in their respective row clues.
