I wanted to explore a renban puzzle with some sort of negative constraint and this was the result. I hope you enjoy it
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Fill each cell with a digit from 1 to 9 such that every row, column and 3x3 box contains each digit exactly once.
Purple lines are maximal renban lines. Renban lines contain a set of non-repeating consecutive digits in any order.
A renban line is maximal if there is no way to extend the line by one cell in any direction from either end and still have a valid renban line. If extending the line would connect it with another renban line then the combined line would need to be a valid renban line in order for the original line to not be maximal.
