Ruleset inspired by Angelo's Genetics.
■ Normal Sudoku rules apply.
■ In the blue lines, the bottom digit takes the attributes of the DOMINANT digit (greater of the two top digits), and is always LESS or EQUAL to that dominant digit, the attributes are Odd or Even, Prime or Not.
■ Examples: 7-6, the bottom digit can be 5 or 3, since 7 > 6, it's Odd and a Prime, 3 and 5 are less than 7, they're Odd and Prime. 4-9-3, there are two separate pairs here, 4-9 and 9-3, bottom digit has to meet the requirements for both, since 9 is the dominant digit in both pairs and it's Odd and not Prime, only allowed bottom digit is 1 as it's less than 9, odd, not prime.
