I'll admit my "Suguru Chaos Deconstruction" puzzles are not all that similar to actual suguru, so here's one that's a closer approximation. Comments and ratings are much appreciated, and please check out my other puzzles here. Enjoy!
Rules:
Fill the grid with the digits 1–9. A digit may appear never, once, or more than once in a row/column, but it cannot touch itself orthogonally nor diagonally. Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in the circle. Digits joined by a white dot are consecutive and by a black dot are in a 1:2 ratio. Not all dots are given. All digits belong to a region, a collection of orthogonally connected cells. A region of size n contains the digits 1 through n once each. Cells joined by a white dot are in the same region and by a black dot are in different regions. Digits in a cage are in the same region.
Puzzle:
Solution code: Enter Columns 1 and 3 (top to bottom, 18 digits, no spaces)

My first time I tried a suguru puzzle, and with the chaos aspect and variants I highly enjoyed it! Thank you for the very satisfying logic and pathing, will definitely be trying more of these types of puzzles.
