The quarters of Pentopia
"This year, your task is to deliver presents to the homes in Pentopia", said Santa Claus to four of his gnomes. "The city got its name from the fact that all the houses are pentomino-shaped. Each of you is responsible for one of the four city quarters.""In the Kuromasu quarter, the pentominos consist of blackened cells. Each clue indicates the number of unblackened cells that can be seen from that vantage point horizontally and vertically, including the clue cell itself. All unblackened cells must be orthogonally connected and may only touch if they belong to the same pentomino. Different pentominos do not touch, not even diagonally."
"In the Anti-Letter quarter, no pentomino may contain a cell with the corresponding letter."
"In the Tapa quarter, normal Tapa rules apply, and the pentominos consist exactly of the blackened cells."
"In the Slitherlink quarter, the pentominos are formed from loops, whose interior shape consists of exactly five cells. Different loops do not touch one another, and the clues, as usual, indicate how many of the edges of a given cell are occupied by a loop."
"Each city quarter contains exactly 9 different pentominos, and each pentomino shape appears exactly three times throughout the city."

Hab mich lange nicht drangetraut. Aber nach mehreren Fehlversuchen wurde der Lösungsweg immer klarer. Tolle Konstruktion!

Nice and very tricky.
I initially didn't realise that "9 different pentominoes" implied they all had to be different shapes (I honestly think this wording is ambiguous, and very easy to trip over). Eventually I suspected that I was missing a rule, and clarified them with a helpful co-puzzler. Things went smoothly from there.

Huiui, da hab ich mich doch recht schwer getan. Jedenfalls ein toller und gelungener Einstieg in die Wichtelsaison!

Soso, die Wichtelsaison ist also eröffnet. Und startet gleich mit einem schönen Rätsel! :)
Leider habe für meinen Geschmack etwas zu viel Look-Ahead gebraucht. Möglicherweise habe ich aber auch einfach die leichteren Schritte übersehen. :D
