The Keymaker (Anti-King Sudoku)

Neo has lost his key, so he can't come home to his beloved Trinity anymore or even rescue the world!
Unfortunately a bug in the Matrix messed up The Keymaker's keycodes.
Help The Keymaker to fix his keycode database by solving the linked 9x9 Matrix, so he can hand over a key copy to Neo!
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Anti-King constraint: Cells that are a chess King's move apart must not contain the same digits.
Arrows: Digits along arrows sum to the pill at the end of the arrow (the sum is read from top to bottom or from left to right).
Kropki Pairs: Digits connected by a white dot are consecutive.
XV Pairs: Digits connected by an X sum to 10.
Not all dots and X are necessarily given (no negative constraint).

I loved that the matrix didn't collapse after the break-in, but slowly revealed its secrets
