Funny Curves

My first attempt at setting a puzzle. I hope it turned out fine :)
Rules:
- Normal Sudoku rules apply.
- Digits along an arrow sum to the digit in that arrow's circle. Additionally, no more than two arrows may consist of repeated digits.
- Grey lines are palindromes ie they read the same in both directions.
