Rules
Chaos Construction: Divide the grid into nine orthogonally connected 9-cell large non-overlapping regions. Place the digits 1-9 once each in every row, column, and region.
Compass Sums: Clues outside the grid give the sum of the digits in that row/column in cells immediately adjacent to the region borders on the side facing the clue. The edges of the grid do not count as a region border.
For instance, the clues to the North of the grid give the sum of the digits in the column that are in cells located immediately to the north of region borders. Those are the cells touching the north side of the borders.
