Arrow: The circled 2 digit number shows the sum of the digits along each connected arrow.
Killer: Digits within cages do not repeat but must sum to the given total.

I enjoyed this puzzle a lot! Takes some thought to start it off, but very approachable and flows nicely!

Once you determine the two digits of the sum through the maximum/minimum value, it is simple, but I made the marks too messy in the later reasoning process, which led to more time spent.

This puzzle is very front heavy. I was basically staring at a blank grid for 6 hours spread over 2 days, and then when I finally saw the trick, I was able to solve it in 20 minutes.

The puzzle is impossibly difficult if you typo pencil marks in the very beginning. LOL. After several hours, I realized my mistake and it was a very nice 2nd play through. Great puzzle.
