- Every digit from 1 to 9 appears once in every row, column, and region. 9 regions are to be determined. Every region is a set of 9 orthogonally connected cells.
- Circled digits are the sum of the digits within the same region in the adjacent surrounding 8 cells. All such circles are given.
- Cells across black dots are found in separate regions, and contain digits at a 1:2 ratio. All dots following both these rules are given.

Abandoned this puzzle twice in the last month, but finally got thru on the 3rd attempt. First part is fun, latter is a bit tedious. Overall, good brain gym. Thanks for setting, @ Xenonetix :)

I'd love to see the clean solve path for the middle. But I thoroughly enjoyed this, thank you, Xenonetix!

Very nice puzzle with a clear first part. I almost got lost in my pencil marks in the middle game and nearing the end, but it was really enjoyable nonetheless.

A fun puzzle. Easy break-in and the middle was tricky. Found a couple of solutions until I remembered the negative constraint. Enjoyed!
