Rules:
1. Normal sudoku rules
2. Whisper: Adjacent digits on a line must have a difference of 5 or more.
3. Arrow: Digits along an arrow sum to the value in the arrow's circle.
4. Skyscraper: Clues outside the grid give the even/odd parity of the number of skyscrapers in the row/column seen from the direction of the clue, where the values in each cell denote the height of the skyscraper in the cell and where taller skyscrapers obstruct the view to lower skyscrapers that are behind them.
