I made this puzzle on my birthday, as a gift to the community, and it turned out rather good. The variants interact to produce a nice logical and smooth solve path (at least I think so!). Enjoy!
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Killer Cages: The digits in a cage must sum to the number printed in its corner. Digits may not repeat within a cage. Cage colours are just for aesthetics.
Extra Region: The grey squares are an extra region, and digits may not repeat within this.
Odd Digit: The grey circle indicates an odd digit.
Kropki Dots: A black dot between cells indicates cell values with the given ratio (2 if not specified). A white dot between cells indicates cells with consecutive values. Not all dots are shown.
Renban Lines: Digits along each purple renban line must be a set of consecutive digits in any order, and must not repeat.
German Whispers Lines: Adjacent digits along each green german whisper line must have a difference of at least 5.
Solution code: Column 1 then Column 9, top to bottom. (18 digits, no spaces)

Really enjoyed this one! What a clever design and tough solve (for me at least). Happy birthday!

Happy Birthday @Malrog, it should be the opposite and you should receive gifts today.. Thank you for setting this nice puzzle, fully logical solving paths are my favorite ones.

Thank you for your kind words. I actually prefer it this way, if everyone in the community gave me a sudoku I think I would struggle a lot! :D

Happy birthday.
My first impulse was to write a 6 under the 4, too.

Thank you! Must be those whisper lines making you forget the 5!

Other than the fact that I'm an idiot and spent the first twenty minutes trying to solve a puzzle where I believed 6 was consecutive with 4, which caused all sorts of trouble, I loved this solve path. Fantastic!

Haha, yes that would make things difficult! I'm glad you enjoyed the puzzle. Thank you for trying it.

Happy Birthday! Nice puzzle. I had to look a bit around to find the next deduction, but managed it well. :)
