Radial Conspiracy
Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Orthogonally adjacent digits cannot sum to 5 or 10.
Cells surrounding a white circle must contain the digits within the circle at least once.

Negative XV puzzles are so hard for me because I miss so many simple sum deductions. This had a very elegant setup, break-in and solve. Thanks!
