- Every digit from 1 to 9 appears once in every row, column, and region. Regions are to be determined. Every region is a set of 9 orthogonally connected cells, with no 2x2 sections included.
- Digits outside the grid are placed in the seen row or column position indicated by the first seen digit in their respective rows and columns.
- All seen digits in this fashion (up to and including the clued digit) are included in the same region. A region boundary is found immediately behind the seen clue digit.
- Cells across white dots are found in separate regions, and contain consecutive digits. All dots following both these rules are given.

Great puzzle, with fun logic along the way! Thanks for setting. Like others here, I didn't use the 2x2 rule.

Forget the no 2x2 rule but somehow reached the same unique sln, now I saw the creator's note down below!!! The mid-part is especially difficult.

Very hard, and very enjoyable puzzle. Thanks, @ Xenonetix :). By the way, i got the "yey" on the CTC app even though several digits (assigned to cells) were yet to be assigned to a region (in the left lower "quadrant"). Of course i completed the regions as well.

Nachdem der Einstieg gefunden war, ging es wunderbar logisch und flüssig durch.
Once the entry point was found, it went through wonderfully logically and smoothly.
