Rules :
1) Normal Sudoku Rules: each row, column, and box contain the digits from 1 through 9 with no repeats.
2) Arrow Sudoku Rules: digits along an arrow must sum to the number in its circle.
3) Even/Odd Rules: the grey squares are even and the grey circles are odd.

This has some amazing logic around parity, and I love the symmetry of the puzzle. Thank you for sharing!
Agree with filuta's comment, although the opening does require some tricks with arrow parity that aren't super obvious unless you've seen it before.
