All or Nothing Killer Sudoku (leftover puzzle from SGP 2022 R4)

Standard Sudoku rules apply.
Killer Sudoku rules apply: in every cage with a dashed outline, all digits are different and the number in the top left corner is the sum of all digits in the cage.
When the sum is written with two different digits, either both digits are in the cage or none of them are (for instance, a three-cell cage with sum 12 could contain {1, 2, 9} or {3, 4, 5} but not {1, 3, 8}).
If the sum is written with only one digit or with two identical digits, then no additional rule applies to that cage.
