Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Cells separated by a chess Knights move don't have repeated digits. Additionally, the digits in 9 circles given in the grid forms a Magic square.
Between line: The digits in the lines must be in-between the digits in the connected circles.
Renben: Each of the purple, blue or green lines are Renben lines and contain a set of non repeating consecutive digits.
Cells separated by 'X' sums to 10. Inequality sign points towards lower of the two digits (7>3). No negative constraint.

It's a little bit tricky and overwhelming, but quite an adequate brain teaser if you know where to look.
