A Latin Earthquake

(Published on 15. April 2022, 22:56 by PrimeWeasel)

Fill every row and column with the digits 1-9 once.

Earthquake Rules apply.

Cages in this puzzle contain Richterscale read-outs (like 6.8 or 2.1, for instance). These read-outs are read from left to right, or top to bottom. Read-outs CAN NOT be repeated in cages. If a cage shows a value in the top left corner, then it's the sum of the two digits within the cage (Normal Killer Sudoku rules).

Furthermore, there are 4 rings around the epicentre (R5C5, which has the highest value) where read-outs are done. Read-outs in rings closer to the epicentre must be higher in value than those in rings further away from the epicentre.

Skyscraper rules apply

All digits in the grid also represent skyscrapers. Higher skyscrapers obscure smaller ones. Clues outside the grid show the number of visible skyscrapers in that row/column from the clue's direction of view.

This is not a Sudoku, so there are no 3x3 or irregular regions.

Lovely puzzle! Had a fun time solving it. It’s nice that Sudokutown for once got a pass. :p

Thanks! Reports of Chaos in Sudokutown have been pouring in though, we´ll see what that´s about in the near future!
