Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply.
Along arrows digits sum to the digit in that arrow's circle.
Additionally, all arrows contain a distinct set of digits. This includes arrows which share a circle.
For example, if the arrow in r9c3 had 2+4=6 on it then the arrow in r4c7 could be 1+5=6 but could not be another 2+4=6 arrow.

Changed difficulty from easy to average after getting feedback and remembering a couple steps that are more 3/5 than 2/5 steps. OOPS
