This puzzle is from a series of "nerd snipe" constructions, originally posted on the CTC fan discord server. The goal here was fewest (single digit sum) arrows, with a secondary goal of fewest total cells. It is heavily based on a previous puzzle by BlueJay, which has 6 arrows covering a total of 24 cells. From that puzzle, we've swapped out two short arrows for the one short arrow at the bottom, along with making a small tweak to one other arrow. It is not known if this is minimal.
Solution code: Row 5, followed by column 5
