Presenting the third and final (and most likely, the hardest) installment of my Dynamic series, Dynamic Construction.
- Normal Irregular sudoku rules apply. Place the digits 1-9 in every row, column and region. Regions need to be determined by the solver. All regions are 9 cell long and orthogonally connected.
- The outside clues represent one or more of the following constraints. If a clue satisfies more than one constraint, both satisfied constraint types count as "used" for the next point below:
- Each Row/Column outside the grid (R0, R10, C0, C10, if you wish) can contain each type of clue maximum once.
Chaos Construction Rules:
Detailed Constraint Explanations
Numbered Rooms : The digit closest to the clue gives the position in the row/column of the digit matching the clue, counting from the clue's side of the grid.
Sandwich : Numbers outside of the grid indicate the sum of the digits "sandwiched" between the digits 1 and 9 in the corresponding row or column.
Skyscraper : Outside digits indicate the number of seen 'buildings', where heights of buildings are indicated by the digits in the grid and taller buildings obscure sight of shorter buildings.
X-Sums : Outside digits indicate the sum of the first X digits in that row or column, where X is the first digit seen from that direction.

Very nice and intricate. It's important to remind yourself about the rules constantly while solving :D

Fantastic puzzle! Superb logic throughout. Got stuck for a while because I stupidly forgot the rule that the cell behind 9 for skyscrapers must be in a different region. Other than that, didn't feel stuck at any point.

Wonderful! Hardest in the beginning, then flows nicely with consistently interesting logic. Thank you Niverio and well done!

Really nice and intricate solve path, but really bad solve from me as I kept forgeting simple things, and the irony thing is that I literally used that thing at some points before eventually forgeting it.
But don't let my comment discourage everyone who hasn't solved it here, it's a very nice puzzle yet you have to stay conscious consistently all the time.

Although it was a challenge to find each next step, the logic of the steps were fair and it was really fun to work with this ruleset. Well done!

Clarified one constraint to word it better.

If anyone tried to attempt the previous version that I activated 2 hours ago, I apologize. It had an error that neither myself nor my tester had caught, so I'm very sorry about it. This one should be mistake-free.
