The grey circle is an odd digit.
The black dots indicate two cells where one is twice the other. The white dot indicates two cells differing by one.
Palindromes read the same from each end.
To distinguish them, some have yellow colouring.
All palindromes are 'renban palindromes'. The set of digits used forms a sequence with no repeats (except for the palindromic ends). Thus 3465643 is valid, but 13233231 is not.
