Normal sudoku rules apply. Digits in a cage must sum to the little number in the upper left, and may not repeat in the cage. Adjacent digits on a green whispers line must have a difference of five or greater. Digits along the palindrome lines must read the same forward and backwards. I think this puzzle is 1.5 stars out of 5 for difficulty for many solvers. I always enjoy your feedback!

Very nice puzzle. I'd agree with 1.5 stars; there's no particularly difficult deductions needed.
