Liar Kropki

(Published on 1. April 2022, 00:14 by Dandelo)

Enter the numbers 1 to 9 in the grid so that each number appears exactly once in each row and each column. If there is a black circle between two fields, one of the two numbers in these fields must be exactly twice the other. A white circle means that one of the two numbers in those squares must be exactly one greater than the other. If there is no circle between two squares, neither of the two properties may apply.

There is exactly one liar in each 3x3 box.

Maybe a hint: Read the rules again. Carefully! Have a look on the labels, they're correct. And don't forget it was published on April Fools Day.
And another hint: Don't concentrate only on the black clusters.

Before anyone gets the idea of cutting circles: the liars are all in the boxes, the circles on the borders aren't liars.
