Rules
Normal sudoku rules apply.
A chain is a set of cells in a row that point to each other in a path to form a cycle. For example, a 7 in column 2, a 3 in column 7, and a 2 in column 3 would be a valid cycle of length 3.
The digit in a circled cell must equal the length of the chain which contains that cell. All circles are given.

I really thought I got the solution but the result was "wrong".
