Energizer Arrows

For some reason, these arrows keep going and going and going...
- Normal sudoku rules apply.
- Region Arrows (Region Sum Lines + Arrows) : Along arrows, digits within each region, must sum to the number in the circled cell.
- Numbers that appear as the Xth cell from one end of a palindrome, must also appear as the Xth cell from the other end.
- ALL 2-cell palindromes have been given.
- F-puzzles link - link to solve online
- CtC link - link to solve online (In f-puzzles link, light blue color added to palindromes to help differentiate; in CTC, region arrows are light blue)
