Renban: Cells connected by purple renban lines form a set of consecutive digits in any order. Cells outside of boxes which are on renban lines may be filled with any integer that satisfies the renban constraint, but need not follow the rules of sudoku. However, unless a value has already been given for such a cell, it cannot contain the highest or lowest value on its line.
Solve online with Penpa+
Solution code: All non-given digits outside of boxes, from left to right and top to bottom (12 digits, no spaces).

Stating the last rule a little more explicitly: Cells outside boxes without given values must not contain the highest/lowest number on their lines. Given values outside boxes may or may not be the highest/lowest number on their lines.
