Quasimodo's Ears (Equal Sum + German Whispers Sudoku)

Rules:
Normal sudoku rules apply.
German whispers: Adjacent digits along the green lines must have a difference of at least five.
Equal sum lines: Along each blue line, digits on the line have an equal sum within each box they pass through. For example, r5c1 + r6c1 = r7c1 + r7c2.
