Digits may not repeat along the diagonals;
Digits within a cage or indicated by an arrow sum to the given total;
The digits along each arrow must sum to the digit in the circled cell;
The two orange lines are cosmetic. Digits along those lines are not constrained except by normal sudoku rules.
Solution code: Digits in row 1 (left to right) followed by the digits in row 9 (left to right)
