1) Normal Sudoku rules apply.
2) Digits along an ARROW must sum to the digit in the associated circle
3) Digits may not repeat in the cage.
4) Cells separated by a white dot must be consecutive. Not all possible white dots are given.

HINT for break-in (highlight below):
Look at where 9s go in columns 3, 5, and 7. Keep in mind that only one 9 can go in the cage.
