Normal Sudoku rules do NOT apply. The digits 0-9 must be placed in each row, column, and 3x3 box. Nine cells in the grid (one in each row, column, and box) are Schrödinger cells, which simultaneously contain two digits.
Clues outside the grid are X-sums; they represent the sum of the first X digits in the adjacent row or column, where X is the first digit. Schrödinger cells included in an X-sum total are treated as the sum of both digits.
If a Schrödinger cell is the first cell in an X-sums clue, the clue will be the average of the X-sums calculated with each value in the cell. For example, if the first three cells in a row are (23)-5-6, where 23 are both in a Schrodinger cell, the X-sum using that cell would be the average of the 2-cell X-sum (2+3+5) and the 3-cell X-sum (2+3+5+6), which would be 13.

Really enjoyed the arithmetic in this one! :)

I haven't had much experience with Schrodinger cells, and I had to restart because I kept making false assumptions, but it was absolutely worth the persistence! This was a lot of fun and I found it to be carefully constructed to guide you along.

Very nice! The hardest part was at the very end.

Just to be clear, the top clue on left side is 0.5 and not "either 1 or 2", right?
Twototenth: Correct, it is 0.5. (The setting software did not allow decimal points.)

So beautiful! And I felt like taken by the hand by the composer each step of the solve. Twototenth never hid where one had to look next after having deduced something.

Love the S-cells variations !

Very nice! Having solved the Cogito's s-cell X-sums, i liked the twist on this one with the clue being the average. Definitely gave it a fresh feel.
